That's the long and short of it, install the new Modules in number order starting with all nine parts of Module One to get hundreds of new maps into your sim.
While you are at it grab the latest C.U.P. Users Manual. There are no complex instructions or procedures, its all just a simple 'drop-in' install, but the manual will help explain how this was achieved and also highlights some of the great features of C.U.P.

Install Module One first - This is required for the following modules to fully function. Later on; even more extensive Map Expansions will be possible, several people are already working on such projects. We shall be able to offer these upgrades, or even completely new Modules, when they become available. Meanwhile; the SAS-Modular Map Expansion is a pretty impressive start!

Module Three - World at War 1936-1946 UnZIP/UnRAR direct to Il2 - Based on the original TFM-412, compressed in SFS format to a fraction of its former size, this module benefits hugely from not having to ‘do everything at once’. By concentrating on the era; 1936 to 1946 many previous conflicts have been resolved - no pun intended.
A much cleaner file environment has enabled the revival, and conversion, of many favourite features from past modded installs. Not least of these is the Tiger33 Soundset, with loud cockpits, roaring cannons and MGs, and those glorious flybys!
Many of the very best aircraft, ‘family overhauls’ and compilations form the basis of this module; SAS~Anto’s Bf109s, Claymore’s FW190s, Japancat’s Zeros, SAS~Storebror’s P47s to name but a few. The other main components are the 3do fixes for engines, cowlings, spinners and wheels, begun by barnsey12, developed, expanded and maintained by PA_Jeronimo, birdman and Wolfighters.
On the ground the incredible object and texture overhauls by Wingflyr, Tomoose, Greif11, wcat, Mission_Bug, Epervier, Max_TheHitman, Western0221, SAS~Sani, SAS~VPMedia and many other great artists provide a huge number of new objects and vehicles for the mission designers. Many additional ships complete the picture; thanks to the modelling talents of: Archie, Asheshouse, Blazing, Diving_Hawk, Flakiten, Gofo, gio963tto, Plowshare, JFC, Sani, Ten101, and western0221.
Module Four - The Jet Age 1946-2016 UnZIP/UnRAR direct to Il2 - The Jet Age is where much of the latest state of the art Il2/1946 modding becomes most apparent. In recent years we have seen fantastic developments in the functionality of the sim with; additional menus, graphics, control assignments, avionics, working radar, vectored thrust, helicopter flight models, SAMs, Command and Control, navigation beacons, ILS approach, TACAN etc.
From the Cold War brush-fires of Suez, Vietnam and the Middle East and into the latest era of modern aviation combat, the Il2 engine is not only a very capable platform to present these ideas and enable you to fly the greatest jet aircraft - it remains one of the very best!
On the modern battlefield helicopters work closely with the strike aircraft. Therefore we also have a great collection of helicopters here. The flightmodels are superb but not for the in-experienced! See the article in the C.U.P. Manual and look out for new video tutorials too.
On the ground we have the latest MBTs, APCs and support vehicles.

C.U.P. EXPANSIONS AND ADDONS
FMB TEMPLATES A series of new FMB templates will be made available in order to help FMB users to find many new objects and more easily construct new scenes.
For Users with old v1 Torrent files only: Users who already downloaded the old v1 Torrent (or those who are close to finishing with it) have to do the following in order to get a working game: Read this until you understood everything! Get rid of your existing C.U.P. Installation if you already have one. It's FUBAR. Start with a fresh IL-2 4.12.2m + Modact 5.3 installation. When you finished downloading the v1 Torrent, proceed with the "C.U.P.- v1 Torrent Update" here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/tsbarzbzpg7r4oz Once you finished downloading the "C.U.P.- v1 Torrent Update", take all files from that pack to overwrite the existing files with same names from the original v1 Torrent When you finished all of the above steps (and only then!) please proceed installing C.U.P.
